Low Sodium Garlic Smashed Potatoes With Dip

Recipe:

Serves 4

 

Ingredients:

6 cups baby potatoes

4 cups water

2 tbsp avocado oil

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp sea salt

2 tbsp dried rosemary 

1/2 cup Chosen Foods Everything Bagel Sauce With Avocado Oil

 

Directions:

1. Add water, potatoes, and a sprinkle of salt to a medium saucepan. 

2. Bowl potatoes for 15 minutes or until cooked through. 

3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread potatoes onto the sheet and smash with the bottom of a glass. 

4. Drizzle avocado oil and spices over top of the potatoes. 

5. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until crispy. 

6. Serve with Chosen Foods sauce and enjoy!
