Easy Chocolate Baked Oats

With decadent dark chocolate, luscious hazelnut spread, and a sprinkle of flakey sea salt, these chocolate baked oats are like eating dessert for breakfast. Except it's totaly acceptable to eat this in the morning! Now this is what we call a Breakfast of Champions!

 

 

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup almond milk

3 tbsp cocoa powder

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp chia seeds 

2 tbsp Nocciolata Palm Oil-Free Organic Hazelnut Spread Bianca

3 squares of dark chocolate

Sprinkle of flaky sea salt

 

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients except for the dark chocolate squares to a baking dish. Mix until combined. 
  2. Add chocolate squares in the middle. Cover with a small layer of batter. 
  3. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Top with flaky sea salt. Enjoy!
