

Vegetarian Spicy Tofu Wraps
Crispy barbecue tofu, fresh veggies, and a creamy giardiniera-style sauce come together in this satisfying plant-based wrap that’s perfect for quick lunches or easy weeknight meals.

Ingredients:Â
For the Tofu
- 1 block tofu, cut into 12 long strips
- 1/3 cup corn starch
- 1/2 cup unsweetened milk of choiceÂ
- Salt and pepper, to taste (to season milk and cornstarch)
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauceÂ
For the Wrap
- 1 large tortilla wrapÂ
- Ayoh! Giardinayo sauce, spread on tortilla (and more for dipping)
- 1 handful of lettuceÂ
- 1/2 avocado, diced or slicedÂ
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots

Directions:Â
- Cut a block of tofu into 12 long strips and set aside.Â
- Place corn starch and milk in two separate bowls and season each with salt and pepper.Â
- Dip each piece of tofu in the milk, then toss in corn starch. Spread barbecue sauce on each piece of tofu, then air fry for about 15-20 minutes or until crispy.Â
- Take a large tortilla and spread Ayoh! Giardinayo sauce in the center.Â
- Add lettuce, diced avocado and shredded carrots, then top with barbecue tofu sticks.Â
- Fold your wrap, cut in half and enjoy with more Ayoh! Giardinayo sauce!
