Vegan Pumpkin Curry With Pita Bread

Recipe:

Serves 2

 

Ingredients:

1 yellow onion diced

1 tbsp avocado oil

1 tsp garlic powder 

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp cumin 

1 cup pumpkin puree

1 cup coconut cream

2 Joseph’s Original Bakery Vegan Pita Bread 

 

Directions:

1. Add avocado oil, diced onion and spices to a saucepan and mix on low heat. Cook for 5 minutes or until the onions become translucent.

2. Add in the coconut cream and pumpkin puree. Mix and let cook for 10 minutes on low heat. 

3. Serve with pita bread and enjoy!
