Spiced Carrot and Lentil Soup

Full of lentils and sweet, tender carrots--this hearty soup will warm you from the inside out! Spices give it an aromatic kick, and there’s just a hint of coconut milk for creaminess. It’s sweet and savoury, creamy and spicy, perfect for a chilly night in!

  1. Begin by heating together the onions and olive oil together in a pan with the carrots, lentils, plant-based milk and stock.
  2. Simmer for 15 mins, stir and remove from heat once carrots are soft.
  3. Blend the soup together until smooth and add the spice and mix through.
  4. Pour into 2 bowls and serve with a drizzle of cream and a pinch more of Franks Spice. Enjoy!
