Kate's Real Food

With her background in working at a farm called Cosmic Apple Gardens, this had helped Kate’s Real Food’s founder shape her perspective and relationships with food as she was able to gain a better understanding of the behind the scene processes that go into one of the largest parts of the food industry and how organic agriculture can have an impact on the soil health and the planet. When life took her on an adventure, Kate had moved to Jackson Hole, WY, and she’d spent her days skiing, hiking and biking and to sustain her on the go lifestyle, she started to create whole food energy bars that she could take anywhere with her. Using her knowledge from being on the farm, she had gained a local fan base who had fanned and fawned over her bards and using that traction, she decided to journey into the life of making a delicious, organic treat that anyone can take with them on the go and thus, Kate’s Real Foods was born!
