In early 2006, Mrs. Katz is on the hunt for some gluten-free snacks for her two children who have celiac intolerances, but she didn't love what she’d seen in the grocery aisles and her hunt for finding something both good to eat and fun to enjoy had ended in her changing her kitchen into a Research and Development Lab for snacks.

After countless trials and errors, and going to her friends and family to test the experiments who had no problem giving her their brutally honest feedback, she had created something that hit all those targets she was looking for, but the most prominent being; it made her kids happy to eat while still being good for them! As she continued her endeavors, word spread like wildfire of her experiments and soon more celiac and gluten-free moms who were in her position before came knocking on her door asking for her snack inventions, thus leading Mrs. Katz to start packaging and distributing her products. When the demand grew more, she officially moved her operations out of her kitchen and into a certified facility in 2014, where her journey only keeps going from there with the same simple mission; to bake creations that makes everyone’s taste buds happy!
